Seshan Ramaswamy
A warm welcome to Seshan
Ramaswamy, who was appointed
to the position of Chief Executive
Officer of AMA Victoria in July 2026.
Seshan brings extensive leadership experience with
a collaborative and thoughtful leadership style gained
in the healthcare, aged care, disability and community
sectors to AMA Victoria.
His appointment follows a comprehensive national recruitment
process which attracted more than 100 outstanding executive
applicants. Throughout the recruitment process, Seshan impressed
the Board with his strategic vision, integrity and commitment to
AMA Victoria's purpose.
