Steven was appointed CEO of AMA Victoria
in September 2018 following a distinguished
career spanning journalism, communications,
public affairs and organisational leadership.
Immediately before joining AMA Victoria, he was CEO of the
Governance Institute of Australia. Prior to that, he held senior
communications and public affairs roles with the Australian
Institute of Company Directors. And before that, he spent
25 years in journalism, including senior roles with the Sydney
Morning Herald and the Australian Financial Review. Steven
brought focus, financial discipline and stability to AMA Victoria.
He will be missed, and we wish him all the best for his retirement.
